Jeff Lee is the most outstanding partner with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. He is a patient mentor to all of the associates and never looses his temper. He permits associates to run transactions on their own, but he is always available and receptive to questions. He encourages direct client contact between the associates and his clients and puts the associates in the best position to build lasting client relationships. On a personal note, Jeff includes the associates in many social activities and is one of the most generous people I have ever met.

Jeff Lee epitomizes the virtues of wisdom and patience, and he’s a pretty darn good attorney to boot. Jeff served as our main outside counsel for nearly a decade. During that time, he provided not only sound legal advice, but lasting friendship. In addition to being a great deal maker, Jeff’s greatest strength may be his ability to understand people – I think it is that understanding that makes his counsel so valued, on both professional and personal matters.
