Whenever he uncovers issues in a transaction he is also quick to find solutions. He is very mindful of the business objectives involved in the deal and he tailors his approach to best fit with the circumstances. Mr. Lee takes a personal interest in developing the skills of the attorneys that work with him. Mr. Lee is extremely patient with junior attorneys and understands that mistakes will occur; however he is diligent in assuring that mistakes are corrected and not repeated. As we all know, one only gets one bite at the apple. I value the opportunity that I have been afforded to work with Mr. Lee.
