Opinions may be expressed in comments, polls, ratings or any other method Service Provider deems useful (collectively User Submissions). By accessing our Site visitors agree to these Terms of Use.
COMMENTS BY USERS ARE NOT ENDORSED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER
Service Provider does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify, or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted in comments, forums, blogs or otherwise contained in the Site. Any information or material placed online, including advice and opinions, are the views and responsibility of those who post the statements and do not necessarily represent the views of Service Provider or its third party service providers. User Submission Restrictions
You agree not to publish any User Submission to the Site that is fraudulent, illegal, offensive to the community of Site users and/or to Service Provider, obscene, pornographic, abusive, defamatory, libelous or violates any federal or state laws. Additionally, you agree not to transmit unsolicited mail (i.e. junk mail or spam), unapproved links, links to sites that include material that violates the terms of this Agreement or any material that violates the rights of publicity and/or privacy of the partners listed on Site. Finally, you warrant and represent that you have full rights and authority to publish any and all User Submissions that you allow or cause to be submitted on Site.
Intellectual Property
All content on Site is the property of the Service Provider, its licensors, affiliates and/or suppliers. You agree not to use, display, reproduce, retransmit, modify, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, create derivative works of, broadcast, circulate, display or in any way exploit any such content (including any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information), in whole or in part, whether by e-mail or by any other means, for any purpose other than for your personal, non-commercial use as set forth herein.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENCIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. SERVICE PROVIDER’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE WEBSITE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($75).
